Colorado Springs July Snapshot: Inventory continues to climb at a fast pace while under contracts and sales lag behind last year’s numbers which were historically low. This typically means we are moving towards a buyer’s market however, the Average Sales Price has hit a record high while Days on the Market and List Price to Sales Price Ratio both remain flat. We are in a balanced market but it could tip either way very quickly depending upon interest rates and inventory levels.
