Fun Fact 1:
Total inventory, new sales, and prices have all dipped after the election. Total inventory of unsold single family homes is 722,000, 28% more than a year ago.

Fun Fact 2:
Crypto is the biggest winner after the election. Bitcoin is up 28%, surpassing its prior record from back in March and hitting 17 more $1,000-point milestones. (It’s almost cracked $100k!) Tesla also up.

Fun Fact 3:
Oil has moved lower and with it gasoline prices. The national average Gas Price in the US has moved down to $3.08 per gallon, the lowest level since January.

Fun Fact 4:
“The sixth flight test of Starship launched from Starbase on November 19, 2024, seeking to expand the envelope on ship and booster capabilities and get closer to bringing reuse of the entire system online.” Although they did not manage to catch the super heavy booster (as they did in flight test 5), they reported success with how the Starship performed all the way through re-entry and landing in the Indian Ocean. Cool stuff!
