Fun Fact 1:Ā
The final numbers are in—Colorado Springs home appreciation for 2025 came in at just under 1% overall (barely scraping positive territory in Q4 data). That’s a slight improvement over flat 2024, and we’re still easing back from the crazy boom years of 2019–2021.Ā

Over the longer haul, homes have gained 143.8% total since the base period, averaging 5.2% annual appreciation.Ā

Fun Fact 3:Ā
“For much of history, forced labor was widespread and brutal. Tens of millions of people were made to work under the threat of violence or punishment. The situation today is very different.

Many governments have ended their own use of forced labor, changed laws, and now prosecute those who use it. Some forms of forced labor and human trafficking still exist — but they are much less common than in the past.

The chart summarizes how these massive changes unfolded across the globe and that 9 countries still have large scale forced labor.” (Still, 9 too many.)Ā If interested in the full article, read it HERE.
