Fun Fact 3: Over the three months ending June 2026, Colorado Springs home prices were down 3.1% compared to the same period last year, selling for a median price of $460K. On average, homes are selling after 41 days on the market compared to 46 days last year. There were 2,220 homes sold in June this year, up from 2,038 last year.
