Fun Fact 1:
Thomas Jefferson was the strongest and most eloquent writer and was charged with putting together the original draft for the Declaration of Independence. There were a total of 86 changes that were made to the original draft and the Continental Congress officially adopted the final version on July 4, 1776.
In 1776, there were 2.5 million people living in the new nation. Today there are over 340 million.

Fun Fact 2:
Zillow’s Market Heat Index for May shows Colorado Springs sitting near the middle. Commentary: This explains why we are seeing both buyer AND seller market behavior trends depending on 1) the particular home for sale, 2) the particular buyer/seller belief and motivation and 3) the agent representation.
Score of 70 or above = strong sellers market
Score from 55 to 69 = sellers market
Score from 44 to 55 = neutral market
Score from 28 to 44 = buyers market
Score of 27 or below = strong buyers market
