The annual appreciation rate of Colorado Springs dipped to .4% last year, continuing the course correcting of 2019-2021. I am curious what this year will hold.

New Listings & UC’s for February here in Colorado Springs showed a little uptick than that previous two years. However, total sales dropped slightly.

Truflation’s real-time US inflation gauge has moved down to 1.3%, the lowest level since December 2020.

Fun Fact 4:
McDonald’s, Starbucks & Subway have been de-throned worldwide! China’s “Mixue” is the world’s biggest food-and-beverage chain by number of locations.  After a quick internet search, I learned that Mixue is an “ice cream & tea” joint.  Interesting.
