Hey Friends!
I can’t believe January is over and we are nearly 1/4 of the way through February. I’ve got 4 fun facts for you today. I hope you have a great weekend!
Blessings,
Andrew
Fun Fact 1:
I’m not sure if this chart of popular exterior/interior colors is totally accurate because I couldn’t find the source on realtor(.)com or Sherwin-Williams, but I thought it was worth sharing. I somewhat agree that this has been the general trend through the decades. Thoughts?

Fun Fact 2:
Colorado is pausing the gray wolf program in early 2026, as announced by Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW), following a review of the initial reintroduction phase. For more information, you can read my short article HERE.

Fun Fact 3:
Over 40,000 U.S. home-purchase agreements were canceled nationally in December, equal to 16.3% of homes that went under contract that month—the highest December percentage in records dating back to 2017. Commentary: A lot of these cancelations happen because buyers don’t realize the total costs associated with the purchase or because inspection negotiations fall through. Having good representation matters. Knowing what you are getting into before contracting or even looking at homes is important.

Fun Fact 4:
This chart shows how much money you can borrow with a $1,000 monthly Principle & Interest mortgage payment based on the interest rate. It also shows how things have drastically shifted over the last few decades.
