Fun Fact 1:
The first NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament was played in 1939. It had eight teams. Oregon was the first NCAA tournament champion, beating Ohio State for the title.

Colorado Springs sat at 34% in comparison to the 2024 Q4 CHI for Existing Homes across major markets. El Paso County (Home of Colorado Springs) is predicted to grow to over 1 million by 2050, while the state is predicted to grow by 1.5 million.
