Fun Fact 1:
The first NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament was played in 1939. It had eight teams. Oregon was the first NCAA tournament champion, beating Ohio State for the title.

Colorado Springs sat at 34% in comparison to the 2024 Q4 CHI for Existing Homes across major markets.
