Personal Fun Fact 1:
I ran in our annual YMCA Turkey Trot (5k) last week and absolutely smashed my previous time of 29:19 with a 24:35! My friend Jordan in this picture below demolished me though! He is a beast! I do need to mention that my running coach, CJ (not pictured), has been working with me since last April and I am seeing major progress from his guidance!

The median age of a first-time home buyer in the US has moved up to 40 from 31 a decade ago.
