Total home sales in Colorado Springs crossed over 7,000 YTD through July. This almost beat 2023 and barely topped 2024.

The Platinum Group, Realtors remains in 2nd place in transaction volume through July with just 64 agents compared to the #1 brokerage with 350 agents. In fact, we have the lowest amount of brokers in the top 10 list and are still producing!
