Wow that was a cold week! I hope those of you in Colorado have been able to stay warm. I have 4 fun facts for you today which focus on reports for 2024. I hope you have a great weekend!

Fun Fact 1:
The “Magnificent Seven” had a great 2024. 6 out of the 7 outperformed the S&P 500.

Fun Fact 2:
The Platinum Group, Realtors came in 4th last year in Colorado Springs missing the 2nd and 3rd spots by just a few transactions. In total we sold $580mm in real estate with far less agents than the 3 that beat us.

Fun Fact 3:
The Platinum Group, Realtors won the top spot in 2024 for sales over $1mm. (Notice we have 62 agents vs the #2 spot that has 349 agents.)

Fun Fact 4:
The Platinum Group, Realtors blew away the competition with sales volume per agent at $9.3mm which is nearly double the #2 spot. In my view, this is not about bragging rights for being a top producer but rather having an abundance of market experience which continues to add to the professionalism and knowledge that we bring to the table. Real estate continues to be a complex process in addition to major investments for consumers. I am very thankful to be a Platinum agent!
