Fun Fact 1:Â
Gas prices in the US have moved down to $2.91 per gallon, their lowest level since March 2021. That’s 43% below the peak in June 2022 ($5.11/gallon).

Private colleges have nearly quadrupled their tuition after inflation since the early 1960s.

$1 invested in S&P 500 in 1964 = $455 today.

Fun Fact 4:Â
Fewer babies, and less family formation, is structurally reducing the demand to buy houses. This is a full-scale demographic reset that few are paying attention to. In less than a decade, the U.S. birth rate will likely cross below the death rate.  So long as the birth rate keeps dropping, there will be a structural shift in the U.S. to higher rental demand.
