Fun Fact 1: 
A friend recently shared this stat with me and I thought it would be worth sharing.  I appears that we spend more and more time alone as we age. Stay connected and don’t give up.

Fun Fact 2: 
The housing market isn’t “slow”. It’s frozen.  

In many markets buying has become wildly more expensive than renting. Mortgage payments for new buyers have shot up as much as 70% since 2020, far outpacing rent growth.

Buyers? They’re looking at payments that are $1,000+ higher than current owners for the same home. So they’re staying put, too.

Fun Fact 3: 
While house appreciation across the nation slowed last year, it still trended positive overall, except Florida.
