Fun Fact 1:
The IRS has announced new income tax brackets for the 2024-2025 season.

Fun Fact 4:
Here is an extensive chart showing the details of our YTD trends per month. (Tap the image to view it larger.) There have been very few escalation clauses and appraisal gaps. Seller concessions over $10k have risen.

Americans’ collective credit card bill surpassed $1 trillion for the first time in Q2 of this past year.  (That’s $1,000,000,000,000.00.)  The average household credit card balance is $10,170.

I made this chart in collaboration with my firm to help represent desired growth versus reality.  As long as you are trending upward, you are moving in the right direction.  The purple line is unrealistic.  Get rich quick schemes are exactly that – schemes.
