The past August in Colorado Springs, the average sale price was $553,959 while the median sale price was $480,000. This is up ⬆️$23,412 and down ⬇️$592 respectively from August, 2022. (The average is calculated by taking the sum of all the numbers and dividing by the total number of values. The median is calculated by taking the “middle” value, the value for which half of the observations are larger and half are smaller.)
