Fun Fact 1:
The average price of a dozen eggs in the US has moved down to $2.04, a 58% decline from the peak back in January ($4.82).

Fun Fact 2:
The current annual rent growth is at -1.2%, meaning apartments are now 1.2% cheaper than they were a year ago.  Meanwhile the vacancy index has increased for 22 straight months and is now at 6.4%.

In the first half of 2023, Mexico overtook China as the main trading partner of the United States.
