Closed properties (616) were down 18.9% year-over-year and down 8.1% when compared to last month. Last month saw 670 sold properties.

November saw a 17.2% increase in inventory to 3.4 months when compared to last year at this time. This data point is up 3.0% from last month.

November listings saw 38 days on market, on average. This was a decrease of 11.6% when compared to last month, which saw 43 days on average. Last year, this data point was at 36 days.

Interestingly enough, the percent of closed price to the original list price was up 1.6% when compared to this time last year, but down slightly (0.4%) when viewed month-over-month.
