Fun Fact 1:
Association membership in NAR (National Association of Realtors) has been in steady decline for years. Single NAR memberships has increased over the last decade but has recently declined in the last two years.

Fun Fact 2:
For the first time since 2012, the number of total members of the National Association of Realtors has dropped, and for two consecutive years. Down 4,933 from 2021 and down 26,367 from 2022.

Licensed Colorado Realtors have dropped by by 1,759 since its peak of 29,062 in 2021.
