Fun Fact 1:
As many of you experienced last week, we received a record Spring snowfall. We had at least 22″ where we live on the West side of Colorado Springs. Here’s a photo of my car after I already had dug it out on the first day of the storm.

The Pikes Peak Region had 1,142 new listings in February, up from 976 in February of 2023.
