Fun Fact 1:
We had 100 transactions this past July. 16 of them were cash, 13 of them included an escalation clause, 4 of them had an appraisal gap and 7 of them had $10k or more in concessions.

Fun Fact 2:
Colorado Springs has about 1.9 months of inventory as of July up from 1.7 in July, 2022.

Fun Fact 3: US Federal Government Spending has increased 234% since 2000 versus a 74% increase in overall inflation (CPI).
