Fun Fact 1:
Greater Colorado Springs had 2,254 homes for sale this past July down 351 from July ’22 which was 2,605.

Commentary: Inventory is creeping up but not quite to last year’s numbers.

Commentary: Interest rates have had little room to go lower, so rising to the 6’s where they are right now doesn’t seem that bad compared to history.
