Active listings were down slightly this past February (0.4%) when compared to last month but increased by 6.3% when compared to last year at this time. Last month saw 1,566 active listings.

Suburban: $29.2 Trillion (+5.6% YoY)
Urban: $10.1 Trillion (+3.6% YoY)
